Hello!  My name is Stephanie Gasparovic.  I used to be a second grade teacher, but now I am selling Real Estate and I love it!  Originally from Maryland, I’m a Realtor/Broker with EXIT Homeplace Realty in Hampstead NC.  My husband and I moved to Pender County a few years ago and we absolutely LOVE it!  I work in the Pender, New Hanover, and Onslow County markets. There are so many great amenities in this area which my husband and I, and our dogs, Remy and Maggie, enjoy very much!

From time to time, we all look back on our youth. Often we realize that the first person to inspire us was a teacher. A teacher can make a difference in our lives and play an influential part in shaping who we become. It's a role that carries a certain level of responsibility and honor. Stephanie Gasparovic understands. A Born Teacher Stephanie, an honors graduate from Towson University, remembers that her second grade teacher was her favorite-and a role model in her life. To this day, she recalls how much that teacher seemed to enjoy her job. This influential woman imparted discipline and structure, but more importantly, instilled in her a lifelong love of learning. When Stephanie became a second grade teacher herself, she loved working with her kids, too, and was dedicated to ensuring she made the same impression on her students as well as being a role model to them.

Being an overachiever, Stephanie also set her sights on helping her community on a larger scale. She volunteered her time to help children in sports camps and workshops, and tutored them in math and reading. When she and her husband, Ladd, moved to North Carolina, Stephanie turned her talents toward a new vocation as a respected businesswoman. Interestingly, she notes that her role may have changed, but she is still using her knowledge and teaching skills to help not only children, but entire families-something that brings her more satisfaction than she could have ever imagined. In her rare free time, this dynamic businesswoman likes to relax by doing yoga, taking walks on the beach with Ladd or playing with her two spoiled dogs, Maggie and Remy-whom she swears have a great sense of humor! She also enjoys playing tennis and golf when she and Ladd aren't cheering on the Redskins on Sundays during football season.
