The Team Concept

To explain the team concept compare it to having major surgery. If you needed major surgery, would you want the surgeon to greet you at the reception desk, take your blood, perform the lab analysis, wheel you down to the operation room, administer and monitor the anesthetic and operate? Of course not, because you would want a surgeon who was very skilled at performing the type of surgery you required and had plenty of experience performing that surgery. You would want a team of other specialists to handle all the other tasks, including processing the paperwork for your insurance company.

It's the same way in real estate. Multiple tasks demand attention at any given stage in the process of buying or selling a home. Being able to pass those tasks along to other people who specialize in performing them gives our agents the freedom to focus on finding homes for buyers and marketing homes for sellers. At Stephanie Gasparovic & Associates, the roles are clearly defined.

Stephanie Gasparovic is our team leader and handles our builders and developers. She has years of experience in marketing and pricing properties effectively in this market area. She is known for incorporating the newest, most efficient marketing technologies in her business.

Eric Sabourin is our listing agent who ensures our sellers enjoy having their properties effectively marketed, the most qualified buyers previewing their homes, and receiving the best price possible.

Dave Coulter, Penny Olson, and Lee Bryant are our buyer's agents. They focus on meeting with new buyers and helping to find homes that fit their needs. They stay on top of the market trends and are knowledgeable of local real estate. 

Barbara Wood and Natasha Jones are our Team Administrators. They take charge of the deal as soon as it goes under contract all the way through the point of closing. They coordinate inspections and get information to lenders and attorneys. Barbara and Natasha work closely with our clients, keeping them informed during the closing process.

Ladd Gasparovic, a real estate attorney, is our business manager. He is in charge of running the business and handles some legal aspects of the business.
