Ladd Gasparovic

Business Manager - Ladd graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmigton cum laude with a B.A. in English in 1998. He attended Campbell Law School after UNCW and graduated in 2001 with a juris doctorate. Ladd was admitted to the North Carolina Bar as a practicing attorney in 2001 where he began his career as a prosecutor in Greensboro, NC (Guilford County). Ladd married Stephanie in 2004 and they moved to Hampstead, NC where Ladd opened up his own law firm (Law Office of Ladd Gasparovic, PA), practicing primarily in the areas of real estate and business law. Ladd’s small firm grew quickly and by 2009, he was the managing partner of the firm of Gasparovic & Busby, PA, which had offices in Hampstead Wilmington. In late 2009, with the birth of their first daughter, Ladd sold his law practices to focus on growing and managing Stephanie’s thriving real estate brokerage company. Since 2009, Ladd has been instrumental in managing the development, marketing, and growth of Stephanie Gasparovic & Associates, Inc. With his background and understanding of real estate law, Ladd has been able to help many builders and developers navigate the complicated maze of building and development in the new world of foreclosure and bankruptcy that have been so prevalent since the “mortgage meltdown.” Ladd is a tennis enthusiast and a proud father of Milena Gasparovic.
