Penny Olson

Agent - Born in Ohio but residing in the Carolinas since 1985, Penny began her real estate career in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1986. Over the years, Penny has had the pleasure of working with over a thousand satisfied families from all over the world, introducing them to our wonderful state, and helping them call "The Carolinas" home. Penny is a wife and mother of 2 grown sons. Her husband is a Vietnam Veteran and her son spent over 10 years in the USMC. So she especially enjoys working with military buyers and sellers here in the Greater Wilmington area.
