Fees you should expect
FULL DISCLOSURE: At EXIT Realty there are NO hidden fees, NO Desk Fees, and we pride ourselves in divulging all the fees before you join us
1. Yearly EXIT Annual Dues. $295.00
This fee is paid to Corporate not to us the franchisee.
(Note: EXIT Homeplace Realty is a franchisee to EXIT REALTY Corp. and as such collects on its behalf all dues and Fees.)
2. Transaction fee of $185.00
Each transaction that is processed incurs a $185.00 Transaction fee. This fee is also paid to Corporate. The total is capped at $3,200 per year or the equivalent of 18 transactions. If the commission is less than $1,500 the fee assessed is $45.
3. Errors and Omission: E&O $18.00
Each transaction incurs a $18 Error and Omission fee. We have opted for a transaction based E&O Insurance instead of charging a monthly fee.
4. Realtor Fees. These fees are incurred by all agents and are paid directly to your local Board of REALTORS. Please inquire with the Broker in Charge.
5. As an agent of EXIT HOMEPLACE REALTY you will NOT pay any Desk Fees. Not now - Not Ever...
7. We provide a copier for your convenience and 100 free copies a month. We bill you our cost of .05 if you exceed that number. Color is your choice at .17 per sheet.
8. We also provide you with a phone code that you will utilize for all your long distance calls. If you incur any charges we will bill you on a monthly basis.
9. We provide Free MIMO High Speed Wireless Networking. You are responsible for your computer and equipment needs.
10. You are responsible for all your business needs such as stationary, cellular phone, and related business requirements. We have trained staff to support with all these needs
