Merge onto US-117 S/S College Rd and continue to follow US-117 S till you reach Independence Blvd. Turn left and proceed to Rover Front Place. Turn left into River's Edge.

From Downtown Wilmington: Take HWY 421 (3rd Street) South. Pass Shipyard and go 1.8 miles to entrance into Echo Farms on right at traffic light. Continue on Echo Farms Blvd. To Independence Blvd. And turn left. Entrance to River’s Edge is about 2 blocks.
